Tech. reasons: it just went this way

Shot in Sept., 2006 in Feodosiya, Crimea, Ukraine, whilst wondering around town and deciding whether to go swimming in the sea there or not (the picture itself finalized my decision of 'no. definitely.').
Finally, the man taking that kind of a 'protected' sunbath couldn't be not grasping my attention - so the background was the only thing that could be lacking. Since it wasn't, the press of the button became the only option available.
HP5+ was chosen for the reason it was the only film that happened to be in my bag for the trip;
F/4 was chosen not to overbackgroundize the pic;
1/4000th was chosen... c'mon, you can see it's quite sunny. Crimea was chosen as a trip destination for the same reason as the shutter speed.
